The Four of Wands indicates that it is a time for rejoicing and celebrating. It is a time to be proud of what you have accomplished. Celebrating an accomplishment is certainly an acceptable activity, though make sure that you are not spending more time celebrating than you are working.

This card is also about freedom. To be as free as a bird you need to dump your emotional baggage. Remember that you need to meet your own expectations, don't necessarily concern yourself with the expectations of others. If you truly feel that you are doing your best yet others do not appreciate your efforts then perhaps it is time to move on. After all, the point of this card is to celebrate our accomplishments.
