The Three of Wands tells us that it is time for an exploration of the future. Planning for the future is important as it makes us think about the possible roadblocks that may be waiting for us and the possible ways that these roadblocks can be avoided. Too many people have a tendency to leap before they look. This may allow you to get ahead quickly, but too many blind leaps will lead to disaster.

Predicting the future is simply the matter of being aware of where things are heading and planning a course that will ultimately take you to the forefront. While this is easier said than done, predictions can be made much more accurate if you are familiar with your subject. Knowledge is power. When making plans, however, make sure you take your current position. Thinking of the future while forgetting the present can be just as dangerous as blindly leaping ahead.
