The Three of Cups is about friendship. This card is all about making new friends or being part of the group. Friend should be trustworthy, but it is always wise not to put too much faith in others until they have earned it. This is a card about belonging. Belonging in a group means that the others in the group share a common bond with you. If such a bond does not exist, how do you relate to the group?

Social networking is an important skill within both the social and business hemispheres. While social networking is an important activity, be sure that you are not networking too much and working too little. If others have to do your work, then when times get tough, being a sociable person will not save you from the corporate axe.
