The Theme for Min-Ludum Dare #40 was "real world".

Last Updated: February 24, 2013

Overview

This game was created for Mini-Ludum Dare #40. The theme was real-world. This game uses a small chunk of real human DNA data as it's real-world component. The game was created By Billy D. Spelchan.

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is the building block of life. What makes DNA so powerful is it's ability to replicate itself. This is done by encoding information in matching chemical pairs. When the strands separate, the strands can clone themselves by attaching the matching molecule for each piece in the sequence.

You have to re-assemble a strand of DNA. To do so you are shown the sequence you are matching. To match a DNA strand you select the matching chemical. You must make the matches within the allotted time, gaining points for quickly assembling the DNA.
