Generic Game Play

This took me about three and a half hours which was more time than I thought it would. Everything was straight forward. Implementing buttons was simple enough, with roll simply rolling the dice that were still in play, done starting a new round, and group taking the selected dice out of play. Grouping does handle the scoring, which was implemented by sorting the dice that were selected.
