In April, I switched from having four overly broad categories to having nine separate projects. While I haven't taken full advantage of this, it has made things easier for people to more easily find the games that they are looking for. In the future, I can potentially see the more project oriented aspects of the site to be much more beneficial.
Over the summer I took an art class. As Mary Caton hasn't had much time to donate to the site (and the site isn't making enough money to pay anybody) I am doing the bulk of the artwork on games. While a few art lessons does not make a person an artist, the lessons really did help me find some of the areas where my artwork was failing so in the future the graphics in the games should start to improve.
While I did miss the last episode of this series, I did manage to release an episode for each of the eleven other months so I must consider this one of my successes. While I am not entirely sure why people like this series, I do enjoy the series so will actually be kind of sad when the final two days are finished.
I didn't get as much done on this series as I would have liked, but I finally managed to finish Cribbage and Dungeon Romp is, at least in my opinion, quite an enjoyable game.
The decision to go back to the original idea behind the game, doing the episodes in under a day, turned out to be a really good idea. While I haven't done that many episodes of the series, I think the game in a day format will become a regular staple of Blazing Games, even after I have finished the original 5 series of games that make up the pentalogy.
